Real-time import via webhooks
We subscribe your Pages to Meta's leadgen webhook. As soon as someone submits a form, the lead is fetched through the Graph API and created in Perfex, with no polling and no CSV files.
Flexible field mapping
Map standard and custom questions from each Instant Form to Perfex lead fields or custom fields, form by form, from a settings screen in Perfex.
Duplicate detection
Match on email or phone number so a repeat enquiry updates the existing lead or customer and adds a note, instead of creating a duplicate.
Auto-assignment rules
Assign leads round-robin, by campaign, by form or by the location the lead selected, and set the lead status and source automatically.
Instant alerts
Notify the assigned salesperson by email, Perfex notification or WhatsApp the moment a lead arrives, with a link straight to the lead.
Campaign reporting
Store campaign, ad set, ad and form IDs on each lead, so you can report conversion rates and revenue by campaign inside Perfex.

Does it work with Instagram lead ads too?
Yes. Instagram lead ads use the same Instant Forms connected to your Facebook Page, so they import the same way.
Can I connect multiple Facebook Pages or ad accounts?
Yes. You can connect several Pages and map each form separately, which is useful for agencies or multi-brand businesses.
What happens to custom questions on my forms?
Each custom question can be mapped to a Perfex custom field or added to the lead description, so no answer is lost.
Can old leads be imported?
Meta keeps leads available for download for 90 days. We can backfill leads from that window when the integration goes live.
