Perfex CRM ships with a handful of international gateways, but many businesses need the payment provider their customers actually use: Razorpay and UPI in India, PayTabs or Telr in the UAE, Moyasar or HyperPay in Saudi Arabia, Paystack in Africa, Moneris in Canada, or their bank's own gateway.
We build payment gateway modules for Perfex CRM on top of its payment gateway framework, so the new gateway appears in Perfex settings and on invoices exactly like the built-in ones and keeps working after Perfex updates.

If your provider has a documented API or hosted checkout, we can integrate it, including regional banks and newer wallets.
Webhook confirmation
Payments are confirmed through the gateway's signed webhooks, so invoices are marked paid even if the customer closes the browser before returning.

Does Perfex CRM support Razorpay?
Razorpay isn't part of Perfex's core gateways. Ready-made add-ons exist, and we build or customize Razorpay modules when you need UPI, payment links, subscriptions or custom reconciliation.
Can you add a payment gateway that has no Perfex module?
Yes. If the gateway has a documented API or hosted checkout page, we can build a Perfex module for it.
Will invoices be marked paid automatically?
Yes. We use the gateway's webhooks to confirm payments, so invoices update automatically and reliably.
Can customers pay in different currencies?
Yes. Each gateway can be limited to the currencies it supports, and Perfex's multi-currency invoices are respected.
Will the gateway survive Perfex updates?
